4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR unless specified
• Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law
• Payments must be completed before service activation
• Subscription services may renew automatically (if applicable)

5. Refund Policy

There is no refund available on purchasing online, self-paced courses, or live courses.

Unlike physical goods, digitally delivered services cannot be recalled once accessed or downloaded. Therefore, EDU Payman does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, logos, trademarks, course materials, and software are owned by the Company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
